SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY
1. Shipping
Orders will be shipped to the address provided by the customer during the purchase process.
Shipping is carried out within Spain. If shipping to other countries is available, this will be expressly indicated during the purchase process.
The estimated delivery time will be provided before completing the order. This timeframe may vary depending on the destination and product availability.
Shipments to P.O. boxes will not be made unless expressly stated.
Responsibility for the order is transferred to the customer upon delivery.
2. Shipping costs
Shipping costs will be clearly itemized before confirming the order.
In the case of promotions with free shipping, this condition will be expressly indicated on the website.
3. Right of withdrawal
The customer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal without needing to provide justification.

The product must be returned in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
4. Return costs
Unless the product is defective or there has been a shipping error, return costs will be borne by the customer.
In the case of a defective product or an error attributable to the seller, return costs will be covered by the seller.
5. Refunds
Once the product has been received and its condition verified, the corresponding refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.
The refund will be processed within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the returned product.
6. Defective or damaged products
If the received product is damaged or defective, the customer must notify this within a maximum period of 48 hours from receipt by sending an email to:
In such cases, the product will be replaced or the corresponding refund will be issued at no additional cost to the customer.
7. Non-returnable products
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Personalized products or those made according to customer specifications.
- Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons if they have been unsealed.
8. Legal warranty
All new products are covered by a legal warranty of three years from the date of delivery, in accordance with current Spanish regulations.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not cover damage resulting from misuse or normal wear and tear.
